The Republican speaker of the house hopeful Rep Jim Jordan (R-OH) wants to remove more Obama official’s security clearance after John Brennan was stripped of his clearance on Wednesday.
Jim Jordan stated on Twitter who else he would like stripped of their security clearance.
“Clapper lied under oath. Rice Blamed Benghazi on a video. Comey fired. McCabe fired. Strzok fired. Yates fired. Page demoted, then left. Ohr demoted,” Jordan tweeted. “If any of these folks still have a clearance, they should lose it too.”
Jordan was referencing former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former national security adviser Susan Rice, former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, former FBI agent Peter Strzok, former acting Attorney General Sally Yates, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, and Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr.
President Trump also made a statement of the same people that he would like to investigate.
“As part of the review, I am evaluating action with respect to the following individuals: James Clapper, James Comey, Michael Hayden, Sally Yates, Susan Rice, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr,” the statement said. “Security clearances for those who still have them may be revoked, and those who have already lost their security clearances may not be able to have them reinstated.”
President Trump stated about stripping Brennan’s Clearance.
“Mr. Brennan has recently leveraged his status as a former high-ranking official with access to highly sensitive information to make a series of unfounded and outrageous allegations, wild outbursts on the internet and television about this administration,” Sanders read from Trump’s statement. “Mr. Brennan’s lying and recent conduct characterized by increasingly frenzied commentary is wholly inconsistent with access to the nation’s most closely held secrets and facilities.”
Jim Jordan is a strong Conservative who is a fighter and we need him as our new speaker of the house. There is no time more dire than now to have a strong voiced conservative to fight the radical left in particular if they gain power of the House in November.
