Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was one of the few Democrats who were willing to associate with the Woman’s march after they have been exposed as a anti-Semitic hate group. Ocasio-Cortez willing to associate with the group shows she supports the extinction of Israel, which is what the leaders of the woman’s march calls for. Ocasio-Cortez was confronted about her association with the group at the march.
A reporter asked Ocasio-Cortez her thoughts on the Woman’s march having anti-Israel/anti-Semitic stances. Ocasio-Cortez did everything she could to side step the question.
Ocasio-Cortez responded with a non answer, “Well first of all, I think that right now, in this moment in the United States, we have to center this conversation. I think that concerns of anti-Semitism with the current administration in the White House are absolutely valid and we need to make sure that we are protecting the Jewish community and all those that feel vulnerable in this moment.”
