The 2020 Census citizen question is moving to the Supreme court. The Trump administration is trying to add a citizenship question on the 2020 Census in order to prevent Democrats from gaining illegal Federal funds and illegally obtaining more congressional representatives that the state was not entitled to.
The Supreme Court is expected to hear the case in April after the radical leftist U.S. District Judge Jesse Furman rejected the Census question. Democrats are claiming the question will scare minorities from filing out a Census.
The Supreme Court has five Conservative picked Judges and if they stick to true American values we will likely see a new Census question for 2020. If the question is added states like California, New York, and Illinois will lose many citizens on their Census, which will drop their electoral college value in the national elections.
