The drama over the Coronavirus relief package continues led by the Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. Pelosi has refused to hold a vote on the new relief bill in her first three minutes of their session on Wednesday morning.
Pelosi torpedoed the first Senate and White House agreed upon relief package on Sunday night and released a Green New Deal relief package for the Coronavirus Monday morning. After Democrats were exposed for this tyrannical grab it looked as if they were trying to save face, but nope Pelosi clearly drunk with power is refusing to take this with utmost urgency.
Nancy Pelosi answered why she is not holding a vote today to give relief to the people, “House Democrats will now review the final provisions and legislative text of the agreement to determine a course of action.”
Pelosi ended the House session three minutes into the day and won’t open again until Thursday at 11 AM. Pelosi did not indicate whether she will hold a vote Thursday or Friday as well. It seems as if Pelosi is holding up passing a relief bill in an attempt to tank the economy under President Trump.
Rising Liberty reported earlier, The Senate leaders and the White House struck a deal on the relief bill for the Coronavirus crisis. The deal is a historic $2 Trillion relief package to help those suffering to get through these hard times.
Early Wednesday morning Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell tweeted, “At last, we have a deal. After days of intense discussions, the Senate has reached a bipartisan agreement on a historic relief package for this pandemic. We’re going to pass this legislation later today.”
