Courthouse Arrest Made For Historic Nashville Court Set On Fire!

Saturday night, the Historic Nashville Courthouse was set a blaze.  The Special Investigation Division detectives and Swat officers arrested one suspect, 25- year-old Wesley Somers, Somers is charged with felony arson, vandalism and disorderly conduct for setting the fire, reported Nashville (WSMV.)

There were three fire’s set inside the Courthouse, said the Nashville Bar Association.  It’s possible more arrests are to follow for the arson and other vandalism, on this historic Courthouse building,  Metro Police said.

NBC affiliate WSMV Nashville wrote, “The Nashville Bar Association said that three fires were set inside the courthouse. Metro Police said the investigation into the arson and other vandalism on the historic building is continuing, and that more arrests could follow.”
